Olivia Ristoski has worked in the legal sector for over 23 years and has a strong understanding and interest in property related matters. Prior to commencing work, Olivia completed an Associate Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) and later became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and further obtained her Conveyancers Licence. Olivia established her own business, Zapo Conveyancing, as she is dedicated and honest whose aim is to provide quality and thorough services to all prospective clients.

Our job is to ensure that you as the Purchaser, are protected. When buying a property, it is important to obtain the appropriate advice in relation to the Contract of Sale and Section 32 (Vendors Statement) prior to signing. We will provide you with comprehensive advice which will include any special conditions attached to the Contract, any finance approval conditions or any building and pest inspection reports.

Sale of Freehold Property

When selling a property, you are required to provide a Contract of Sale and Section 32 (Vendors Statement) to prospective Purchasers. We will prepare a draft of your Contract of Sale and Section 32 Statement in a timely manner to provide to your Real Estate Agent.
Once the property is sold, we will liaise with your Lending Institution (if any) and all other parties involved to ensure settlement is reached.
Detailed communications and any clarification of the settlement process will be provided. Prior to settlement, financial figures and any questions you have leading up to settlement, will be provided and discussed.

Transfer of Property/Refinance

There are many reasons why a property owner may want to transfer ownership to another. Related parties transfers include;-
